Goldsaucer Ltd. officially released Askutron Quiz Show for Windows, Mac, and SteamOS. Though it comes out as an Early Access Game on Steam, developers assure that Askutron Quiz Show is perfectly playable.
Up to eight players can enjoy playing this game either in local mode or beta online mode. Moreover, players can choose from different game modes. Since this is available in cross-platform, players can conveniently play the game using gamepads, keyboard and mouse, and smartphones.
This game features a robotic host that reads one of the 10,000+ questions prepared by developers. Currently, there are 21 categories for these official items which include but not limited to entertainment, movies, nature, and science. Furthermore, players can create questions through quiz editor on Steam Workshop. This leads to specific subcategories such as dinosaurs, Game of Thrones, and Harry Potter.
As of now, the robotic host can speak in English and German languages when reading official questions. Developers are currently working for Russian language support, and they promised to add more. Meanwhile, user-generated questions are voiced in 18 supported languages thanks to Amazon Polly.
Before the official release, beta testers had already used Steam Workshop. Thus, newcomers may already encounter beta testers’ generated questions.

Goldsaucer Ltd. aims to release the full version of this game in summer 2018. Aside from performance improvements, developers are planning to add more game modes, game mechanics, characters, buzzer sounds, and official questions.
Though developers already tagged this game as perfectly playable, funds coming from game purchases help on further game development. Bugs might be present right now, yet developers are keen on community feedbacks to further improve the gameplay.
